About me
I’m a certified systemic coach, business trainer and mediator with over a decade of experience in HR and talent acquisition.
I’ve worked closely with creatives, tech experts, and interdisciplinary teams across various industries — developing a deep understanding of corporate dynamics, agile work cultures, leadership and group processes.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with global brands such as Netflix, Richmond, Coca-Cola, Nike, Volvo, TikTok, Levi’s, GORE-TEX, Earth Speakr, Mini and Jägermeister — shaping talent strategies, building diverse teams, and leading hiring processes. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human systems within organizations and continue to inform my systemic coaching approach today: seeing the individual not in isolation, but as part of a larger, dynamic whole.
My fascination with human behavior led me to study Adult Education at Humboldt University and launch my career in HR in 2013. After more than ten years in creative, digital, and tech-driven companies, I chose to go freelance and focus on what truly matters—to me.
Originally from Italy, I’ve called Berlin home for over a decade. I bring a rich, multicultural perspective to my work and offer my services in English, German, and Italian.
